Instructions

  1. Grease and flour one 13x9 inches or 2x8 inches pan
  2. Mix dry ingredients
  3. Mix eggs, sugar, oil and vanilla. Pour over dry ingredients. Stir until just moistened, then add carrots, pineapple and pecans.
  4. Spread into prepared pan
  5. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes, let cool
  6. Spread with icing
