Cherry Jelly



  1. Combine cherries and liquids in sauce pan, boil for 5 minutes (covered)
  2. Crush ingredients and cook 5 minutes longer
  3. Stir in lemon juice, Pectin and bring back to a boil
  4. Add sugar and boil for 3 more minutes
  5. Ladle into prepared jars (leaving ¼ inch)
  6. Boil in a water bath for 10 minutes
