Pumpkin Cheesecake






  1. Press mixed crust ingredients into a 9 inch pan
  2. Bake at 350° for 10 minutes, then move to freezer
  3. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time
  4. Mix in remaining ingredients - do NOT over-beat
  5. Pour over crust and bake for 1 hour
  6. Chill and garnish with toppings
  7. Best served next day
★ Special Note

On the bottom rack of the oven, place a shallow pan filled with water. Cook cheesecake on second last rack. Allow to cool in oven with the door ajar. Freeze before serving if possible.
